Since September 2019 we have been able to offer both a Saver Rate & a Flexi Rate on every holiday that we provide.
Our Saver Rates offer a low cost holiday option but they are non-refundable so we have always recommended travel insurance on this rate.
Our Flexi Rates offer you peace of mind knowing that you can cancel your break up until 10am on your arrival day with a full refund, no medical questions, no quibble, no fuss!
Please be aware that once a booking is in place we cannot change the rate plan you have selected – our Flexi Rates are there for your financial protection.
During all phone calls regarding bookings our team will discuss both options with you, ensuring that you are on the correct rate suitable for you.
