Your holiday should not be restricted by your disability and our priority is making your stay at The Bond Hotel as comfortable. homely and fun as possible. Part of this is catering for any specialist equipment needs you may have, all we ask is that you let us know what equipment you will need when you make your booking so we can ensure that it’s in your room ready for you to use from the moment you arrive.

We have a large selection of portable hoists available for use in our spacious, fully accessible rooms. We also have a selection of rooms with ceiling hoists in place above the beds, depending on your needs. We do ask that you bring your own hoist slings for use during your holiday.
If you fancy getting out and about and would like a little help we have a range of electric scooters which can be hired from reception for just £16 per day. We recommend that you book these out in advance if you can- they are very popular!
If you would like to save some space in your vehicle for all of your souvenirs you can also hire manual wheelchairs for £8 per day.
All of our specialist equipment is maintained, tested and inspected every six months and all of our inspection certificates are available for your information. Risk assessments are also available for all equipment, should you require.
For a small additional charge the following items are available for hire

- Scooters – £16 per day
- Air Mattresses – £16 per night
- In House Laundry Service – £8.50 per bag
- Clinical Waste Disposal
Should you require the disposal of clinical waste during your stay, this can be provided for £3.00 per bag. Bags are available from the hotel reception when you check in.
