How do i make a reservation & can I book online?

To make a reservation or to to check our availability please call 01253 34218.

We currently do not have an online booking facility as we like to discuss your individual needs to ensure we have everything you need in place before your arrive.

Is your hotel fully accessible?

It sure is! We are the UK’s Largest fully accessible hotel catering for people with disabilities. The hotel and its facilities are all wheelchair accessible and we have lift access to all floors.

We have single, twin and triple bedrooms along with a selection of adjoining suites that range in size sleeping between 3 and 6 people, all fully wheelchair accessible and designed with access as a top priority.

Do you offer transport to and from the hotel?

Yes. Our ‘Door-To-Door’ transport service offers fully accessible transport to and from the hotel from anywhere in the UK.

The vehicles used are all fully adapted to cater for wheelchair users. Drivers are all Midas qualified and vehicles range from 3 to 51 seats. Journeys are priced individually based on the mileage covered.

Do you cater for large groups?

We sure do!  With 62 bedrooms and catering for up to 110 guests The Bond Hotel is an ideal choice for your group holiday.

Booking a group holiday couldn’t be easier, with a full range of mobility equipment on site to use, cabaret shows designed to WOW our guests, specialist diets catered for coupled with the option of booking your coach travel along with your accommodation. We really can provide everything you need to ensure your group has a wonderful time in Blackpool.

Do you offer 1 or 2 night stays?

Unfortunately the minimum stay we offer is 3 nights. If you only want to stay for 1 or 2 nights that is perfectly fine but you will still be required to pay for the full 3 nights.

If you would like to arrive within the next 14 days we may be able to provide a 1 night stay. Please call us on 01253 341218 for details.

What parking facilities so you have?

We have a large level access FREE car park for guests to the rear of the hotel.

We also have a drop of point situated on Bond Street, opposite our main entrance.

What equipment is included during my stay?

We have a very wide range of mobility equipment available to use during your stay, the following items can be added free of charge to your reservation.

  • In House Laundry Service: Same Day £8 per bag- Next Day £6 per bag
  • Clinical Waste Disposal – Should you require the disposal of clinical waste during your stay, this can be provided for £2.75 per bag. Bags are available from the hotel reception when you check in.

Are bedrooms en-suite?

Yes. All our bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with wetroom.

The majority of our bathrooms are level access but a small amount have a raised step or ramp. Our bathrooms vary slightly depending on the individual room. For more details on our bathrooms please contact us 01253 341218

What facilities are in the bedrooms?

Our rooms have all the modern conveniences that you would expect plus the added accessibility and ease of use to suite our service users needs.

All bedrooms come as standard with the following

We can remove certain items from the room on request to suit the service users needs and requirements.

Does the Hotel have Wifi?

We sure do! We have FREE WIFI access throughout the hotel.

Can i hire a wheelchair or scooter for the duration of my stay?

Yes. For a small additional charge the following items are available for hire

  • Manual Wheelchairs – £6 per day
  • Electric Wheelchairs – £15 per day
  • Scooters – £15 per day

You can add any of the above to your holiday package when making your booking.

Where can i charge my electric wheelchair or scooter?

We have a dedicated charging station in our reception area which is free for hotel guests.

This area can be used to charge electric wheelchairs & scooters.

What is the cost of your Care Packages?

Our care packages are priced at £16 per hour, per carer and are tailored to meet your needs. Bank holidays will be charged at double the hourly rate.

A 10 hour waking watch support package can be booked at £160 per night.

I have specific care requirements, is this something you can help with?

Of course! Although all our hotel staff are fully trained to offer the highest standards of service and guest relations, we realise that some of our guests may need additional support for personal or social care. We are delighted to offer a solution with our very own care company, ‘Holidays With Care’.

All of our care packages, which are delivered by expertly trained and friendly staff, are tailored to suit the guest and the level of care they require. We cater for those with physical and learning disabilities, those with mental health needs and individuals with hearing and visual impairments.

As part of your Holidays With Care package, you can expect:

  • Dedicated personal care as required, including full 24-hour care packages.
  • A commitment to maintaining and protecting privacy and dignity.
  • A pledge to confidentiality in accordance with data protection act.
  • Opportunities for holiday makers to try new experiences.
  • Staff who encourage and promote participation and choices in set activities.
  • We will ensure the Holidays With Care experience is a fun and enjoyable one.

Are holiday prices the same for carers/ support staff?

Yes. All our prices are the same for service users as for support staff/ carers.

All our prices can be found on our website or in our brochure.

Are all meals included during my stay?

All are breaks are half board which includes breakfast & evening meal.

We do offer all a full board/ all inclusive upgrade for an extra £10.00 per person, per night which includes breakfast, lunch, evening meal & all draught soft drinks (alcoholic drinks are not included).

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes. We are able to cater for all dietary requirements including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, puréed, liquidised, soft, dairy, Kosher & Halal. All food allergies can be easily catered for just mention any special requirement during your booking and we will ensure your needs are met.

There is a wide choice of food available for our evening meals which always include a vegetarian option. We always display the full 7 days menus but our chef is very accommodating & will prepare alternatives if required. Simply ask at reception during your stay.

With table service and self service available to keep your dining experience as flexible as possible.

When is your entertainment/ cabaret on?

Throughout the year we offer 2 acts performing EVERY NIGHT hosted by our incredible compères Nicole Jordan, Brian Brodie & Kenny Mack.

Our shows start at 7.30pm in our cabaret showbar and the hotel really does take on a whole new life of its own. Get ready to hit the dance-floor and really let your hair down!

For all you bingo lovers out there we host a nightly game of cash bingo – where all the money goes straight back out in prizes to you!

Can you advise me whats on in Blackpool during my stay?

Sure we can! Blackpool is a fun and vibrant town with plenty to see and do.

Ask our reception team who are highly trained on all of Blackpool’s attractions & accessibility. Our aim is for you to have a fantastic holiday!

Do you offer day trips to local attractions?

Blackpool has so much locally to offer, we are sure you will be spoilt for choice. We can assist with local accessible taxi companies & don’t forget Blackpool Trams are all fully accessible.

Do you have a swimming/ hydrotherapy pool?

Unfortunately, we do not have a swimming or hydrotherapy pool at present. Although it is something we are looking to add in the future.

We are able to recommend a local swimming pool that has full hoist facilities in the changing rooms as well as hoist access to the pool, located within 5 minutes from the hotel.  For those of you a little bit more daring The Sandcastle Waterpark offer superb access having won many awards in this area, located a 2 minute walk from the hotel this is certainly not to be missed!
