Reservations Administrator

Responsibilities;

  • Taking bookings via phone, email, online channels and processing the relevant paperwork
  • Be able to maximise room revenue to push towards sales targets
  • Uphold a high level of regular, accurate and timely communication to all hotel departments using systems in place
  • Following up with guests to determine holiday satisfaction to improve the quality of our guest experience
  • Ensuring all payments are received for bookings on time and chasing to ensure deadlines are met
  • Chasing new leads that the marketing team can persue to source new business
  • Complete hand over for hotel arrivals

Key Skills/Experience;

  • A strong knowledge of office based programs such as word and excel
  • Previous experience in a hotel reservations department is required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • You will need to have excellent typing skills
  • A confident and clear telephone manner is essential for incoming and outgoing calls.

 Position Details;

  • This position is primarily a Monday to Thursday 9-5 office based role, flexibility to cover for annual leave will be required
