Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at The Bond Hotel. The hotel caters for people with disabilities. Our chefs work a 12-hour shift (7am to 7pm) so there are no split shifts or late finishes.

Main tasks of job:

  1. Prepare the day’s menu from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  2. Be able to create a variety of desserts and puddings.
  3. Place order for stock that is needed to prepare the menu.
  4. Develop and maintain menus which are varied and appropriate,
  5. Cater to a wide range of dietary needs.
  6. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the kitchen and equipment.
  7. Maintain a high standard of food preparation, presentation and portion & quality control adhering to shield and local authority 5 start standards.
