The Bond Hotel is an award winning hotel, who has been providing holidays for people with disabilities for over 20 years.

Bond Hotel Sister Company “Holidays With Care” is looking for experienced care staff to provide personal and social care to the guests at the hotel.
To undertake the tasks detailed in the guests care plan and support the guest.
Undertake other duties whilst in the hotel as and when required.
Hours of work will be varied depending on guests required care at the hotel.

Must have the care certificate or must complete this in the first week of employment
NVQ level 3 is desirable but must be willing to work to obtain this qualification.
Other training will be carried out when required
Successful applicant will need to obtain an enhanced disclosure.

Reservations Administrator

Responsibilities;

  • Taking bookings via phone, email, online channels and processing the relevant paperwork
  • Be able to maximise room revenue to push towards sales targets
  • Uphold a high level of regular, accurate and timely communication to all hotel departments using systems in place
  • Following up with guests to determine holiday satisfaction to improve the quality of our guest experience
  • Ensuring all payments are received for bookings on time and chasing to ensure deadlines are met
  • Chasing new leads that the marketing team can persue to source new business
  • Complete hand over for hotel arrivals

Key Skills/Experience;

  • A strong knowledge of office based programs such as word and excel
  • Previous experience in a hotel reservations department is required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • You will need to have excellent typing skills
  • A confident and clear telephone manner is essential for incoming and outgoing calls.

 Position Details;

  • This position is primarily a Monday to Thursday 9-5 office based role, flexibility to cover for annual leave will be required
